Fresh, fearless, and already making waves across the UK jazz scene, SULA is a London-based trio featuring drummer Miranda Radford, bassist Aleks Dimitrova and pianist Kezia Abuoma – three exceptional musicians from the renowned Tomorrow’s Warriors Emerging Artist Programme.
Mentored by some of the UK’s leading jazz artists, including Romarna Campbell, Nikki Yeoh and Deschanel Gordon, Sula combines expressive improvisation, infectious energy and a contemporary sound inspired by artists such as Kris Davis, Kenny Kirkland and Jeff “Tain” Watts.
Following an impressive run of London performances, including Ronnie Scott’s, and an appearance at this year’s Love Supreme Festival, SULA is rapidly becoming one of the UK’s most exciting emerging jazz acts.
If you’re looking to discover the next generation of jazz talent before everyone else does, this is a performance not to miss.
